About this item
The elemental talisman is a talisman that allows players to enter the elemental runic altars to craft elemental runes. The talisman can be combined with a gold tiara to make an elemental tiara for 40 Runecraft experience at an elemental altar, by using the tiara on it. This makes the talisman disappear, but the elemental tiara can be used in just the same way and can be worn on the head, saving an inventory space when crafting elemental runes. Note: This cannot be done whilst in the Guardians of the rift minigame.
