About this item
Air runes are one of the four elemental runes. They are used in every combat spell and most teleportation spells in the standard spellbook, as well as in many spells from other spellbooks. Because they are used very often, players are recommended to purchase an item that can provide infinite air runes while equipped, such as a staff of air. A common way for beginning players to obtain air runes is to talk to the magic tutor in Lumbridge.
