Rock-shell helmmembers

“Protective headwear made from crabs. Better than that sounds.”

About this item

A Rock-shell helm is a members-only melee helmet that requires 40 Defence and the completion of The Fremennik Trials quest to wear. To obtain a rock-shell helmet, a player must bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 rock-shell chunk, and 5,000 coins to Skulgrimen in Rellekka. Aside from appearance, it is identical to the rune full helm. Jarvald wears a rock-shell helm and will inform the player on how to obtain one.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
