Dragon axemembers

“A very powerful axe.”

About this item

The dragon axe is the second best axe in the game after its direct upgrade, the crystal axe, and is tied with the 3rd Age axe. It is 10% more efficient at chopping logs than the rune axe. Like all axes, it is both a weapon (requiring 60 Attack to wield) and a tool (requiring 61 Woodcutting to use). As with most dragon equipment, the dragon axe cannot be made from raw materials using the Smithing skill.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
