About this item
A raw jubbly is obtained by killing a jubbly bird or jubster during, or after, the Recipe for Disaster quest (after having begun saving Skrach Uglogwee). It can be cooked with 41 Cooking on the spit located near Rantz or the one located at Jiggig. Cooking a raw jubbly yields 160 experience and produces a cooked jubbly. There is no level that Jubbly will "stop burning" except indirectly at 99 Cooking via a Cooking skill cape or a Max Cape.
