Tortoise shells are dropped by tortoises, who can drop up to three shells at a time per kill. They can be sold to Barlak in Dorgesh-Kaan for 600 coins. The shells must be unnoted in order to sell them to Barlak. Barlak does NOT grant any Crafting experience for this item.
