Mahogany planks are the highest level planks used in the Construction skill, used to make some of the highest-level furniture. Each plank gives 140 experience when used in a player-owned house, 105 experience when used to build mahogany repair kits, an average of 346.1 experience when used in expert Mahogany Homes contracts (including completion bonus), and 350 experience when used to fix the broken bridges in the Hallowed Sepulchre. The lowest construction level required to build something in your player-owned house is 40, for either a tip jar or mahogany bookcase.
