“A jungle specific slashing device.”

About this item

The machete is an item used in the Woodcutting skill. It can be obtained from the mainland Karamja general store and Shilo Village general store or by trading with another player. It can also be found by looking in Radimus Erkle's cupboard in the Legends' Guild; however, after the quest is complete you may no longer search the cupboard for a machete and are given the message "You don't think Radimus Erkle would be very pleased if he caught you rifling through his possessions". The machete can be used as a weapon but is primarily used to cut Jungle during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame.

Measured with medians rather than averages, because one spike — an update, a streamer, a brief squeeze — drags an average around for weeks afterwards and makes everything since look ordinary.
